WEIGHT LOSS FOR BUSY PEOPLE - INTRO

"I don't know where to start."

5 seconds ago, I had asked Ankur what his biggest challenge was when it came to weight loss.

"I don't know what to do. Or where to begin. I have tried a few things but nothing really worked."

 I nodded. I knew what he was going to say next.

"I want you to tell me what exactly to do."

I come across this a lot.

You are bombarded with SO much information online about protein sources, exercise routines, and what foods to eat (or avoid).

But. As a busy working professional - you are still left clueless on where to start.

You know that you have limited time in a day.
You know that you do not have a fixed routine.
You know that you will face many disruptions to dieting (like travel, office parties etc.).

Hence - you do not have the time to follow EVERYTHING out there. All the advice and 'hacks'.

Not to mention - most advice out there will be IMPOSSIBLE to follow long-term. Especially for busy people.

So where do you begin?

And as someone who is busy - what do you prioritize?

Nobody talks about this.

That is why I created this article series. Because I want busy people everywhere to have the answer to the question - "Where do I start?"

By the time you are done reading this series, you will have full clarity on what to do to hit your fitness goals. Using easy-to-follow methods only.

Each topic in this series has been carefully selected because it will make a huge impact to living a fit and healthy life without compromising on your busy lifestyle.

The principles mentioned here are backed by science. The methods are designed specifically for busy people to lose weight without preparing 5 meals with 20 different ingredients daily.

Having flexibility with fitness is a powerful thing. And I want you to experience that.

Section 1 - Common Mistakes

Before you understand how Lazy Fitness and Flexible Dieting work, you probably need to change a lot of your existing beliefs. You need to unlearn.

Because the fitness industry has brainwashed us into believing that weight loss needs to involve eating kale, spending hours on a treadmill, and eating only home-cooked meals daily.

My biggest criticism about other coaches is that they are terrible at helping their clients cultivate a positive, uplifting mindset that is necessary to conquer this fitness game.

Chances are - you have negative associations with weight loss. Just thinking about weight loss might stress you out. Or you might believe that weight loss is about pushing yourself even if you're miserable.

It is important to address these issues first. 

Which is why I suggest you start with Section 1.

It might be tempting to skip this part. But my advice - don't. These are the foundational ideas which help you lose weight in a hassle-free manner.

Section 2 - How Flexible Dieting Works 

This is where we start getting into specific details about crafting your personalized and easy-to-follow weight loss journey.

"How exactly can I lose weight without diet plans?"
"What exactly do I need to do on a daily basis?"
"How do I know if it will work?"

This section answers all that. Mastering this section will unlock new fitness milestones for you. And you will finally be able to fit in those clothes from college that don't fit you anymore.

Section 3 - Healthy Weight Loss 

Section 2 helps you lose weight without hassles. But that's not enough.

You want to lose weight in a way that is healthy.

Even smoking helps people lose weight. But we don't want that (obviously).

Section 3 helps you stay healthy and nourish your body in the long-term. Without creating crazy grocery lists with 79 items.  

Section 4 - Bonus Section
